PROSPER featured in White House guide to preventing substance misuse in rural communities
The Rural Community Action Guide: Building Stronger, Healthy Drug-Free Rural Communities, a new tool released by the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), recognizes the PROmoting School-community-university Partnerships to Enhance Resilience (PROSPER) universal prevention program for middle school students and their families, citing research from Penn State and Iowa State University that showed lower rates of substance misuse after high school graduation.Read more.
