Mustafa Cetin is a researcher working with Mark Feinberg on integrating coparenting and parent involvement in education for a research project named Coparental Involvement in Education. He is also working on the Family Foundations project, specifically focusing on adapting and testing Family Foundations for parents of children with disabilities.
Dr. Cetin's current research is also focused on parents’ perceptions of instrumentality regarding early childhood education, parent involvement, and parent networking, and parents’ hoped-for and feared future selves for their children. He holds a Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Middle East Technical University (METU), Turkey. In his dissertation, he focused on the links between coparenting and parent involvement in education.
