Assistant Research Professor
Siri Newman has worked for more than 19 years in higher education as a leader in strategic planning to improve student success. She has experience implementing strategic interventions that improve the undergraduate student experience and increase retention and graduation rates in large University settings. Siri’s keen ability to engage and mobilize both student affairs staff and faculty as they implement new programs and initiatives has resulted in changes in University policy and new programs that evolve into institutional culture. Her expertise in developing training workshops, communication plans, assessment tools, and data tracking systems are an asset to identifying institutional needs and creating dynamic solutions.
